Most orders are processed and shipped within 24-48
hours.
Terms
Skull City USA accepts Visa, MasterCard,
Discover, American Express, cashier's
checks, money orders and personal checks. Payment must be in U.S.
dollars. If paying with personal check, please allow 2 weeks for your
check to clear the bank. Then your order will be shipped. Prices
and product availability are subject to change without notice. Connecticut residents add appropriate sales tax to orders, unless resale certificate
is on file with Skull City USA.
Shipping
Most orders are shipped Priority Mail, unless otherwise
requested or required. Any discrepancy, including wrong items or missing items,
damaged items should be reported to Skull City USA within 24 hours.
Outside the Continental US
We will gladly ship anywhere in the world, however the
customer is responsible for actual shipping charges, plus all duties and tariffs. We
accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express,
cashier's checks, money orders or wire transfers
in US funds for Foreign orders. To eliminate translation errors, your order must be in
English.
Warranty
All items, unless otherwise stated, are fully guaranteed against
defects in material or workmanship. Within thirty (30) days we will replace, at our sole
discretion, any item that is deemed defective. This warranty does not cover
installation of product, conditions resulting from consumer mishandling; such as improper
misuse, abuse, accident or alteration; all metal surfaces and all other exposed parts that
are scratched or damaged due to normal use.
Returns
If you need to return an item, call or e-mail for a Return Material
Authorization number. All returns require prior authorization and must be returned in the
original condition. Returns shall be done within 30 days of invoice. All returned items
may be subject to quality acceptance testing. We cannot accept modified items on a return.
Your package should be insured and freight prepaid. Reimbursement will be made by the
original method of payment, after receipt, inspection and acceptance of item. Shipping and
handling charges are not refundable.
